College of Fine & Applied Arts
CompareThis major focuses on the study of art, design, and art history in the context of a broader program of study. Students gain a strong education in studio art while having the flexibility to pursue studies in other areas. You will have an individual studio space housed in a communal studio building. You'll be able to work alongside other student-artists in a strong, vibrant community. A significant part of the educational experience will also occur outside of the studio. As you progress through the program, you'll establish your focus and participate in exhibitions, performances, and critiques.
