It prepares you for leadership, training, and organizational development positions in agricultural, community, and governmental agencies. The curriculum provides you the option to specialize in a chosen area of agriculture. Your coursework will focus on human development, theories of leadership, and design and implementation of training programs. You will also develop leadership and communication skills and gain hands-on experience through a 10-week internship with an agriculture business or community organization.
